In remote parts of Nepal, as in many places in the world, people often don’t have the simple facts about puberty. During periods, girls are often treated as if they’re unclean, and many have missed school because of their periods. With the help of Save the Children, Sanjana and her staff are working to keep girls in Nepal in class, while teaching them to talk openly with their parents and friends about how their bodies work.
